Meet Robyn
Hi, I’m Robyn - your strategic talent partner.
I help leaders fix and level up how they hire, build, and keep great people so it actually drives the business.
I didn’t fall into recruiting by accident. I chose it. I started with a BA in Psychology and a background in Mental Health, and I’ve always been drawn to the same question: why people do what they do, and what makes them stay. That attracted me to staffing and recruiting - and I’ve been here ever since. It was love at first sight.
Over the past 20 years, I’ve led talent teams across agency and in-house environments - building and scaling teams of up to 65 and working across Healthcare, Tech, and Education. I’ve seen (and fixed) just about every version of hiring: high-volume recruiting, exec search, early career, RPO, DEI programs, and talent marketing.
Today, through The Talent Advisory, I work with organizations that want their talent function to actually work - not just “keep up.” I help them modernize how they hire, strengthen their teams, and turn people decisions into business results.
